Will Spring actually come to the Kootenays?
The Redwing Blackbirds returned to our neighbourhood the other day , so i think that spring will actually return!
I am back again after another road trip, completing the InnerPeace program in North Carolina, and ready to plan the gardening season. The first seeds are planted with many more to come.
The dates are posted for next years training (www.innerpeaceyogatherapy.com), and we are excited to offer the training in Canada in the summer of 2012, on Saltspring Island.
Classes for this season are now updated on my site. locations, times, etc.
Hope to see you on the path.
Grateful,

Morning Light, Blue Ridge Mountains, North Carolina

Solstice Season is upon us. I am safely home from a month on the road, 2 weeks in North Carolina, helping direct the InnerPeace Yoga Therapy Teacher Training, and then my retreat in Yelapa.
I am feeling so grateful for the opportunities along this road, learning, sharing, having fun!
Two new friends are Nischala Joy and Marc Halpern, two experts in the field. So much inspiration.
Please have a look for the schedule for January, as it has changed since last season.
Gratitude for the many blessings, sweet light upon you for the season……………

Our Yoga holiday in Yelapa is coming together as registrations come in. There are spots for 2 more people, so if you are at all interested , do let me know as soon as possible.
Please refer to the retreat section of the classes page for more information.
Yelapa is a gem of a town on the coast in the Bahia de Banderas, just south of Puerto Vallarta. There are no cars, no roads, lots of horses and donkeys, and lots of adventures. Pristine jungle surrounds Yelapa and comes right down to the seashore, meeting a sandy beach.
Our week is filled with daily yoga classes, personal yoga therapy sessions, plenty of beach time, fresh fruit and delicious home cooked food.
y-OM!!
